SECTION 2 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. We ship our packages via UPS and delivery typically takes between 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched from our Austin, TX distribution center.

SECTION 3 - 14-DAY FIELD TRIAL & RETURN POLICY

We stand behind our sporting equipment with a 14-day field trial guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service center at 1-800-762-7529 or email us at support@northcrestsportingcollective.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Returns must be shipped to our designated facility at: 480 Athletic Way, Austin, TX 78701. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
